One Star Is Too High A Rating

I even purchased the power supply for it but didn't help. Contacted Targus and a new was sent to me after I paid for the shipping for the returned item. This time the fan was even louder making impossible to use. I could have purchased a non-electrical stand for what I am using this one for. Can't use the usb ports without power and can't power it because of the noise. Very Very Loud!
