It keeps my laptop at an angle so I can type easier. And it opens and closes quickly. Plus it has 4 extra USB ports.

I was looking for a new cooling mat for my laptop. This one can be raised slightly and has ports for additional data and usage. It works okay but there are only 2 separate fans inside so it's not super powerful.

This is my 3rd chill mat. It is by far the best I've ever purchased. I like that I can adjust the height of the chill mat. The 4 USB hub is also very handy. The one thing I do not like is that there is a slight whining noise. If you are easily distracted by sound I recommend you play some music in the background.

I bought this one because the store lady recommended it saying it was "the best one they had". I forgot to take into consideration that I have a bigger laptop. HP 17" so when I got home my laptop was hanging off but that is not why I gave only 3 stars. I wasn't too worried about the size because the fans still pretty much covered under the laptop where the vents were. I gave 3 out of 5 stars because my computer doesn't fully cool off while using this. It doesn't get hot like it used to but it does stay pretty warm. The fans don't provide as much air as I would have liked, they seem a bit weak as far as how much air blows out. I had one a few years ago that worked excellent, wish i remembered the brand.

This thing is loud but worth it! My computer no longer overheats and now I have additional USB ports.

Good laptop riser and fan. A little loud, but gets the job done to cool down a hot MacBook Pro. Port replicator works well.

Used on the bed, couch and desk. You can work away from your desk without worrying of heating up the laptop on your lap. Really like the USB port. This option was very useful when laptop does not have many USB ports.

Excellent for keeping my Dell G7 cool while on the bed or in my lap. Nice sturdy construction with adjustable supports on both sides. The fans run pretty quietly while plugged in, and the blow directly into the intake on my laptop. There is a 4-port USB hub in the back and a DC power-in, though I didn't get a power supply for that. I'm not sure if it comes with one or that's an additional purchase, but oh well. It does what is supposed to so I can't complain.

I would highly recommend this product it's great at keeping the computer cool the fan is not super loud ( but could be a little quiter) and I love the extra hubs ports

I had bought a new HP Envy computer from Best Buy in May of 2015. My older computer is 8 years old, running a modified Vista, and working great for what it is. I have had a cooling system under it since day one which has contributed to it's longevity, I am sure. I bought the Targus soon after purchasing the computer and have hopes of achieving the same with it. The Targus elevates the computer a bit higher than I have been used to. I have had no problem getting used to it and it probably allows me to type/input a little faster. The only draw back is that it is louder than I anticipated. Other than the constant noise from the fan, it does help keep things cooler.

I needed to replace my cooling pad for my laptop as well as replace my external USB hub that was stolen earlier that month. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales associate pointed to this product to solve both issues.

Great form factor and works perfectly as a stand. USB ports should be located on the front instead of the back but that's a minor inconvenience. Biggest complaint is that it's so loud when the fans are running.

Seems to help with cooling on my gaming laptop. The adjustable height is a nice plus.

I use this mainly to angle my computer so my typing is easier. The extra USB ports work so, that's a plus if I need them. However, the fans are a bit noisy.

I no longer need to strain my neck due to my laptop sitting flat.The Targus Mat and Cooling System was just what I needed for long times I need to spend on my laptop computer and no neck aches anymore. Great product!
