This was an impulse buy, but I have found it to be the most useful accessory for my laptop. The cooling fan makes long use of the computer much more comfortable, and the USB Hub makes file transfers much easier.

This cools down my laptop by at least 30%. Foldable design is nice.

I have been warned about using the laptop on my lap or a soft surface, now I can do so without destroying myself or the laptop.

It is durable and works well. It has a minor problem: it was designed for a larger laptop than the one i have and because of the shape of the front of my lap top it occasionally slips off if My legs are elevated. A bit of well place nonslip material would help with this.

My lap top fan is going on and off all of the time. It is located right next to me. I use 2 other computers at the same time under my desk. I wanted to stop the lap top fan from coming on all of the time. This cooling pad worked as stated. The only problem was that the fan was very loud as others had stated. I used it for a few days but could not take the noise any more. I only gave it 2 stars because of the fan noise.

I bought this as a replacement for a mat that became very noisy and inefficient at cooling my new laptop. I've seen reviews where people believe this is cheaply made. I can understand their concern. I mean... It is made of plastic. I never have any concern that my laptop isn't getting enough air flow. In fact, I have my mouse right next to the chill mat, and the blowing air makes my hand cold! My only complaint is there is a slight hum when this is on. It sounds like a fan, of course. After a while, I get annoyed with it, and unplug it from the laptop.

Use my laptop for gaming. I have heating issues from playing WOW. This cooling system has really helped keep the temperature down. Would definitely recommend!

This docking bay is basic and could be builta little more sturdy. Still gets the job done of your looking for a lower budget fan.

Just a bit of a noisy rattle on start up and a little bit of a humming sound that irritates my husband across the living room. Otherwise it does cool down the laptop very well.

I have been looking for a great cooling mat for my new laptop, This one does wonderful. And I have a gaming laptop, and they can run hot. This keeps it all nice, and cool, and keeps me from stressing.

I bought this cooling stand for the fact that it has a 4 port USB hub. Works great. Only thing I would add/change is a rubber/softer bottom instead of the 4 rubber corner feet. Depending on your laptop it could dig into thighs a bit. Also would make the "table" portion that your laptop sits on, a non skid surface. I have a 2-in-1 smaller laptop that doesn't fit the rubber stops on the table. Other than those "fixes" for me, works great. Not too noisy with the dual fans running. I think if you also had the AC unit for the cooling stand included, would be a plus too.

Easy to use, takes little space, works great, very happy.

It was alright but the cord is super flimsy and most of the time I’m having to fight it to keep my mouse or controller connected.

Cools of my Lap Top very well. Charge cords in the back work well also.

Having a cooling system helps extend the life of your laptop. I highly recommend this product as it worked well. I like the adjustable height as well and the laptop never slipped.

It runs very quietly which is a definite plus. One thing I would change if I were making it, is to make the "lip" at the bottom a little taller. Sometimes my laptop slides off. That's annoying.
