It has helped my old laptop but it is very loud at times

Works great! Having the extra USB ports is an extra bonus!

I love it... it keeps my laptop cool..... and it has several USB PORTS in the back... I would recommend this product

Like the fact that the unit has USB ports which allows me to attach peripherals. However, the unit is very noisy.

The chill mat works very well with my laptop, and the adjustment feature makes it very easy and comfortable to work with, thank you.

I love this. It has additional ports which definitely adds to the efficiency and productivity of the cooling mat. It is quiet. The adjustable heights make a great bed table.

The fan on my laptop is having issues and the computer was shutting down when it got too hot. The geek squad suggested this product and since this purchase, The laptop has been keeping its cool.

Like the title says, its great until you have to clean the fans. They made it impossible to open to get to the fans which is a real problem considering fans get clogged and make an extremely loud annoying buzzing sound.

I love it--it even has 3 usb ports built in it -- twin fans & adjustable angles for any comfort angle or flat--it gives you choices. Sturdy

Worked as promised. Computer normally ran hot, and slowed down considerably. Took care of that problem, and turned my notebook back into a device I could use on my lap.

I had a similar Targus chill mat which lasted about 4 years. However, I can't really approve of this one. The left fan quit working after about 8 months. For the money I spent, I expected it to last much longer. I know that a good chill mat improves the length of life of your lap top and I would never use my laptop without one. However, I won't buy the Targus brand again!

The Chill Mat+ does a nice job of cooling down your laptop and the added USB ports are a nice feature for plugging in other devices.

I've used the ventilator for several weeks now and the heating issue experienced before hasn't reoccurred since employing. Hence, I have to say it's doing exactly what it was intended.

I wasn’t sure if this item would work for my lap top, but it did, my lap top doesn’t over heat anymore. The fans on it work great, keep my lap top cool. That is just what i needed. And it adjusts easy to where you want your lap top raised at. And your lap top won’t fall off when raised up. This is a great item.

I have had this chill mat since 1/2/15 and was very happy at first. It was fairly quiet and the additional USB ports were great to have. However, after 2 weeks, I went to plug it into my computer and it sounded like an airplane taking off. By tapping on the area where the fans sit, it will quiet down but the sound still happens every time it is used and has gotten much worse. It sounds like there are faulty bearings in the fans which I didn't expect for a $50.00 product (one of the higher cost items on the market). Stay away from this product unless you want to have to return it in a month.

I use my laptop all the time while watching television using a pillow to lift it up for ease of use. As the laptop kept heating up too much, I purchased this hoping it would help keep my laptop cooler - and it does! Not only does it keep the temperature down, but it also lifts the laptop to different levels making it easier to work! One of my best purchases!

Really works well to keep my laptop cooled off. I love the fact that it adjusts to allow more air flow underneath. I like the extra USB hubs as well and have made use of them often.

This product served its purpose. The only thing that I didn't like is that when you try to adjust the angle you have to move the clips and the same time, which causes one side to go down when your trying to adjust the other side.

This chill mat does the trick, and the extra USB ports come in very handy. It is a bit loud though; nothing to write home about.

Ventillation is good because of design. I also like the angle settings. The problem is the fan noise when fan is plugged in. It is a high pitched, annoying noise. I use the stand daily and do not plug in the fan.
