My laptop was overheating so got this and works well. The best thing about it is there’s 4 USB ports in the back so you can use it like a docking station. The plate the laptop sits on adjusts which is good, but it’s plastic so may not last. The fan is pretty loud, but people on conference calls don’t seem to hear it. Overall good product and does what it needs to.

Bought this for my 17" laptop to sit up a bit and be able to have air circulating under it, as my other stand broke. Works well, but wish the lip/edge at the bottom was a little bigger to help secure it more.

This is a good laptop fan and does the job well, the extra usb ports are convenient but is a bit on the pricy side for what you get...

The chilling pad works well in keeping my laptop cool. I really like the convenience of the USB ports.

Needed extra cooling capabilities& USB slots. Doing what it's supposed to do. For how long, only time will tell.

I all ready had one for my upstairs office but wanted another for my man cave area. It helps with my keyboarding abilities & keeps the machine cooled off.

I like it has both a fan to keep my laptop cool and that the height is adjustable as well as usb ports

Initially I was very happy with this cooking fan. It definitely kept my laptop cooler than other pads I’ve used before. Has 4 (non-3.0) USB ports and the ability to be powered by an outlet adapter instead of usb if you really wanted to use it that way. Anyway, I was very impressed for about 2 months before the fan started rattling. After some research many people have the same problem and it appears to be due to poor manufacturing of the bearings becoming misaligned. A couple taps realigns them but I have to do this every time I turn it on. At a price tag over $50 I shouldn’t have to tap it to tel it to do it to shut up and do it’s job after 2 months. Purchase at your own peril. Be advised that I also did use it a lot in the two months so someone that uses it once in a blue moon may not experience the same things.

This product has worked great at keeping my laptop cooled down while I am playing online games. Plan on getting another one for my spouse

I wish I had returned this before I left for vacation and the 15 day return ran out. It is not very stable, hard to move (b/c adjustable base closes) , fan is noisy and if you angle it too much, the laptop will flip over. (The hard plastic base is slippery) It is also a little higher than it should be for good wrist position. It is best to start up the pc without the fan plugged in the USB, but to plug it in once the pc has fully come on b/c the cooling fan makes an AWFUL noise as the pc is starting up.

I bought this Targus Chill Mat because it was what I bought about 7 or 8 years ago. I like the flexibility of the angled laptop tray, especially the lip at the bottom of the tray to keep the laptop from slipping off. It's nice that it has 4 ports for a USB hub, too. However, this chill mat is not quite as sturdy as the one I had before. Also, the cooling fans are noisier than the chill mat I had before. The sound of the fans is annoying. Since this is the only angled chill mat with a lip on the bottom of the tray that I could find, I will keep it. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this product, especially for the price it sells for.

I really like this chill mat laptop cooling system. It elevates to make the laptop so much easier to work with.

my daughters laptop kept shutting down related to overheating, bought this chiller and haven't had the problem since. Even during gameplay. Great product!

works as it should but it has audible whirling sound that, if you aren't using headphones, will get annoying. Love the adjustment on the angle and easily supports my Omen 15 (2020) Laptop with no give and no slip. I would have given it 5 stars but for the price, there are probably better, more silent versions out there.

I know this is weird but I really liked this for me personally. Having the elevation really has my laptop look way nicer when docked and the extra USB's are honestly I really loved, the price was a little much but the build feels good and it definitely keeps my laptop not feeling like it may burn my house down. I really like this!

The tilt feature is great on this for desktop use! The two smaller fans are very loud and can be a bit much. I use this on a laptop that I use to transfer slicer setting to my 3d printer and monitor the printer remotely so the noise is not a true problem in this case just something to keep in mind. The USB hub is also a nice feature. Overall a useful tool for a laptop used on the desktop!

This is awesome. Cools my laptop and as a bonus is a great tray as well it changes positions and it holds my 15 inch laptop perfectly

Keeps laptop cool. Has extra USB ports. What more can you ask for. Went back and bought one for my son and his girlfriend on Black Friday at half price on sale. Would definitely recommend

this cools the laptop well and we like the adjustment for angle, but the usb hub does not work well with mutable hard drives.
