I always had problems with my laptop over heating, took care of the problem

The cooler works effectively but creates a bit of noise, which can be annoying at times. But it is not loud which is good. Overall a great product.

The Targus Chill Mat+ Laptop Cooling System performed as expected. I got it as a replacement for an older competitive product. The 4 Port USB Hub was a bonus! Changing amount of tilt sometimes was a little tedious (getting everything lined up and locked into position.).

This is a very good product for anyone who uses there laptop in non traditional placed like the bed or couch it saveseems your legs for the heat of the system and also allows the cooling fans to work correctly and not get clogged by the bed sheets or carpet . My only issue is that this cooling mat does not come with a power cable which must be bought separately

I purchased this particular chill mat since I had previously owned one like it. However, there is one major difference! My previous chill mat was very quiet and this one is extremely loud! It keeps my laptop cool & I do love being able to set it in various positions, making typing for long periods much more comfortable. If it was quieter, I'd give it a 5!

Working from home, this mat has helped to prop my laptop up so it's more at an eye level to reduce neck strain from looking down. The extra USB ports are handy too. The fan is a little loud for my liking but it does keep the laptop ventilated. Reasonable price.

Keeps my laptop from overheating, lightweight, has multiple height settings and love the 4 extra usb ports!

I am using this product with an Alienware 17" and it works OK, the laptop does not overheat but also need more potent fans. I think in a regular non gaming laptop will work great. One observation I tried to charge my phone in one of the provided USB ports but they don give enough power to continue using the phone while it is charging

This fan is the greatest item to have it does alot of good stuff besides keeping my laptop cool all the time that it is in used and has alot of usb ports which is a plus, its a bestbuy.

My laptap started get very warm when using it, therefore, I went to Best Buy to find a cooling pad.. After looking at quite a few, I chose this one and I love it... It keeps my laptop cool and keeps my legs cool from not having the laptop sitting directly on my legs. Its adjustable also.

My gaming computer kept shutting down or lagged when it got hot. This cooling system fixed all those issues.

Thank you for the help in our recent purchase of a dishwasher. The salesman was wonderful in helping us find the perfect one. The dishwasher was delivered and installed as promised. We love how quiet it is and it is perfect. We loved the education we got on our dishwasher before purchasing it from someone that was certainly educated in each and every one! This is a perfect way for me to dock my new laptop while sitting at my desk. It heightens the screen to be closer to my 2nd monitor and has a USB hub for all of my peripherals as well as a fan to keep the laptop cool.

Has a cooling featurw. Reduces hand neck strain working long hours on laptop. Great price great quality.

Overall this product does what it is supposed to do. It cools my laptop so that it does not overheat. Also, I can raise and lower the cooling mat up and down. The only complaint I have is that the cooling fans can be a little loud when I raise the cooling mat up. Other than that, it's pretty "cool."

Excellent chill mat. The fans are very quiet. I hardly notice them. Just loud enough to let you know they are working. I like the tilt feature on this model. Very satisfied

Versatile and an upgrade in design from my previous chill mat. I especially like that it can be tilted.
