Little noisy at times. Sometimes have to unplug and re-plug to quiet it down.

I purchased this when I was on the road. It is very noisy. Have to bang it several times to get the noise to stop and it still has an annoying hum. The USB ports in the back work great so that is a plus. Targus has a bad reputation when it comes to these products and I should have remembered the last one I had to trash for dying within a month. This one has been running for 2 months but it probably won't last long. Save your money and purchase a non-Targus product.

Works good. Helps keep gaming laptop cooled off. Wish it did have more cushioning on bottom though. Not very comfortable to have sitting on your lap.

am using it for my 17" laptop, it is a little big bigger than this chill mat, but it doesn't matter, the multiple viewing angles and the way to lifts up to allow more air is great, it works perfect

Its a good accesory to help maintaining cool laptop computer, but its very noisy, really annoying a lot the sound that its produce

This product works great the extra USB ports are nice the fan is a little loud but it’s worth it to keep my laptop safe and I love the ease of use with the USB ports

Cools laptops with no problems and the extra USB ports are a added bonus

This does the trick. When I bought it I did not know what I got till I got it home. It’s works for 10hr a day.

Has a fan that blows air, kinda small to fit a 17" laptop and discrption says. Does what it supposed to.

It started to go bad after a few months. It sounds like a thrashing machine.

This work station not only keeps my laptop cool but I plugged in all my peripherals so I can easily make my laptop portable. It also provides a more ergonomic posture. The fan is louder than I would like.

This was the only laptop stand that I could find. Works good but no variety.

We where looking for cooling mats for Christmas. We bought 3 of these. One for us all. My daughters love the fact that they tilt up. I like the fact that it keeps my laptop cooler.

Works great for my 17” Alienware gaming laptop. Love the ability to increase the angle for better gaming ergonomics. Keeps my laptop cool while gaming.

This product is great at doing what its purpose is to do, which is cool down your personal computer.

This is one of the most sturdy and useful bases and cooling pads for laptops. The USB connection is not exactly the best, but it should handle simple devices like mouses, keyboards and charge of devices. The refrigeration is possibly one of the best I have seen, because now it handles most of the cooling of my laptop, so the built-in refrigeration of the laptop won´t be pushed strong. Is better for use with gaming laptops or devices that need extra cooling.

It does the job of elevating the back of the laptop, but it is not stable and wiggles as I type. the cooling mechanism works but is noisy. The 4 ports are a good addition since my laptop lack sufficient ports.

I recommend it if your system overheats and you have limited USB ports.
