It worked great for about 4 months then the fans started making awful sounds.

Although the look of the Cooling pad is nice but the fans attached to it make lot of noise which is very annoying. Hope the fan sound could have been worked on this product to make it lot less noisy.

Works great! It prevents the laptop gets over heated. It does do it’s job. Pricy somewhat but it’s good.

For what this cost, which was 30 dollars. It is the biggest piece of garbage around! Almost all of the time I have to tap on it because it makes a ungodly noise like the fans are hitting the plastic.

Works fine, keeps the laptop cooled off but it is somewhat noisy.

I purchased the Targus chill mat for my son's computer. I does everything I expected it to do. There was some concern from other reviews that the fans were too noisey. We have had this a month and other than a low purring sound of the fans turning it has been running great. It keeps his computer running cooler, even after long hours. Now his computer is no high speed gaming computer, but, it used to become warm to the touch. My way of thinking for those that have the high speed gaming computers should probably invest in a liquid cooled system anyway.

Works great for laptop to attach a monitor and keyboard. Keeps laptop cool and good height. Daughter uses to attach work laptop and monitor when she works from home.

I bought one of these for both the hub and chiller. Have owned 2 now, first one started to make the noises other reviews describe (bearings going out before fan freezes), second one remains quiet. Chills ok and I like the hub.

wasn't exactly what I had hoped & it was way too heavy. So I returned it and found one that was much lighter

This is a decent chill pad with several usb ports. it will shut down on occasion and the cords have intermittent connection issues. it does blow cool air to keep my laptop from over heating.

Nothing like the good metal one I have! This doesn't adjust to much of an angle, no controls - just cheap junk - don't waste your money unless your laptop overheats and you can't afford a better one!

Keeps the laptop cool but, you can here the fans. I like the additional ports on the back.

Works as advertised. Laptop stays very cool and it is ready to use. Very light and the other USB Hub comes in handy. Laptop stays in place and you can use different positions.
