It helps keep my computer from overheating but noisy

This Targus chill mat is doable. By that, I mean -Cooler Master products are by far superior to this one. The main reason why this one was a good choice is that it offers additional USB ports in the back. Having a MacBook Pro this was necessary. Do not expect that this cooling mat will provide any significant relief from heat or warmth from the computer. Think of it only as providing additional USB ports and a good stand. Furthermore, the fan I find is quite noisy compared to my Cooler Master.

Love that I can ajust the height but lever needs to be twiked for better handling. Love the extra ports and double fans just wish the lever would be easier to use and the stand adjuster be more sturdy.

Serves it's purpose but not as sturdy for holding a $2,500 laptop. Wouldn't use it off a desk or table

I usually use a cooling mat and I wanted to incline my laptop, was a little skeptical at first but used it at a scrap retreat 4 days straight it worked wonderful. Incline isn't too high and the extra usb ports were dead on and I loved it. Highly recommend.

I recmmend a computer with a bigger processor!!!!!!

This is the third chill mat I have purchased. They have all worked well, until after the warranty expires. Then a grinding noise happens when you start it up. Would like a better choice from Best Buy.

Very happy with this purchase. It fits perfectly under my laptop and clears space caused by clutter previously used to prop the laptop to keep it cool. It also provides additional USB ports.

I bought this product to place my laptop keyboard at an angle that is more ergenomic for my wrists while I write. It made a loud sound today but it resolved after I did my favorite trick 'the old unplug/plug maneuver'.

Useful but wayy too loud. No way to modulate fan, it is on or off.

We purchased it as a combination lap pad and cooler. It works great as a lap pad, but the fans aren't really any quieter than the laptop fans. But it is useful even when it isn't plugged in.

Laptop would previously run hot on my lap, this made it run much cooler with the added benefits of USB ports, works over a long period of time too.

In the beginning when the fan starts up it is extremely loud.Not really worth the price in comparison with other cooling pads that cost a fraction of what this cost.

My HP Officejet 5740 meets all my needs for printing, scanning, and copying. Quality of photo prints is excellent. Very simple to operate even for a novice with on screen directions that are user friendly. Completely pleased with this very affordable purchase.

I bought this for the cooling aspect, which is wonderful, but it also elevates my laptop and provides me witha additional USB ports -

I bought this because my old finally broke. The fans don't have the power that my old one did, nor does it have an on/off button. I don't think it cools my laptop sufficiently. Also, the power cord is not included. The one good thing I can say is that it can be adjusted to the angle most comfortable for you. I'll probably look for another one soon. I'm not particularly happy with this one.

I bought this mat and laptop cooling system right after I purchased my Acer Predator Helios 300. I was worried that with some of the heavier games that I play my computer would get too hot. When playing games like The Witcher, Tomb raider, and Greedfall, my computers CPU now stays around 75 centigrade in game play. I'd say this was definitely worth the investment. The angle that it hold my laptop at is also very convenient and comfortable for my wrists.
