Not worth the price

The second one I bought didn't even last two months before the plastic broke, it also does not have enough fan powered a cool even a slightly warm running laptop. Seriously don't waste your money on this product it's overpriced and does not accomplish what it says it well

Works good, best for smaller laptops

Fairly comfortable to have the mat sitting on one’s lap. Best suited for laptops 15.6” and smaller, mine is 17.3” hp envy and it doesn’t sit very secure on the mat as a smaller laptop would.

The cpu runs 8-10 degrees cooler with the device. The fans are quiet, not noticible over normal office background. Cooler is better for your cpu+ it looks good sitting on the desk. The usb hub on the back of the unit is a nice extra, keeps the connections out of sight behind the laptop

Cheaply Constructed - Fans Malfunction

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After about a week of use, the fans started making a loud grinding/buzzing noise when powered on as if not seated properly in their enclosures. This occurs about 80% of the time the unit is used. Tapping or slapping the unit is required to return them to normal sounding operation. Also, the product is made from a flimsy plastic and the keyboard angle adjustment isn't easy to manipulate. The only thing I would rate this product well on is the USB Hub which is handy. I will be looking for a better-quality replacement.
