I wanted to get a laptop mat with fans and USB ports, and this is that but only just. It is entirely made of plastic and feels incredibly lightweight and cheap, the fans had a tendency to start buzzing and clattering sporadically after continuous use, and the adjustment system is finnicky and awkward to use. For the price point, I expect something that feels and works better than this does. This is an incredibly underwhelming product and cheaply made product, and in my opinion is not worth the $70.

I bought this for my Aunt who needs certain angles. Tarsus Chill Mat & Cooling System had 4 Adjustable angles. This keeps your laptop cooler being lifted up some plus your typing hands are not as pressured. Has been a wonderful product for her and she has had it for some time. Try it out.

A friend recommended that I buy this. My college aged daughter uses it more than I do! She is on her laptop for hours doing assignments, and this keeps it cool.

Great cooling pad except it will still run , if hooked to your laptop after you shut your laptop down

Found this to be very sensitive mouse. With very little hand movement, mouse seemed to jump all over at random. Went back to my old mouse for now.

I wavered on which laptop fan and stand to get, and finally purchased this one. I ended up really liking it, and haven't even used the fans! It lifts up my laptop (14" asus 2020) enough that it doesn't overheat, is easy to prop at different angles, and seems sturdy enough that it will last a while.

In my eyes this cooling mat is still not worth what it sells for. Yes On this model the cords which ultimately run the cooling fans have a compartment in which they can be stored, but very cheaply made overall!

It works great and the Best Buy employees were very helpful.

would not recommend it as a lap table works better on hard surface and found the fan to be a little noisy.

This is very sturdy. the extra 4 usb port are so helpful and worth getting this just for that. Although the fan is quiet, you do hear it but it's not annoying or intrusive. Of all the cooling pads I've had, thus far this one has become my favorite.

Just what I needed. Cools laptop well and gives me extra usb ports.

This is a full adjustable unit and low noise from the fans running is not a problem.

I have owned several Targus Chili Pads for my laptop and purchased one for each of my children and husband. This latest purchase did not hold up yo the Targus brand. It only last approximately 9 months. I was truly disappointed with this chili pad.

It goes through periods where the fans seem to get stuck and make loud whirring noises. Very distracting.

It looks and feels flimsy, however, it appears to be working well.

This lap cooling pad is wonderful. I love the idea of it adjusting to the way I need to view my work. Very strudy.

I love the cooling system especially the 4 port USB Hub.

Fan works beautiful cools the laptop off perfectly. The adjustable tray is just perfect for view and typing. This plugs right in to your USB port so no hassle at all. The only down side to this item is that the fans are pretty loud but not loud enough to minus a star so it deserves 5 star rating. The item fits perfectly in a laptop bag or book bag

there are so much better coolers like cooler master best buy doesn't carry them if you have a laptop 16" or larger don't bother the laptop will be too big for this cooler
