Only draw back is the USB is 2.0 instead of 3.0. But can't complain. Also like it can move the 2 in 1 at different angles

Great cooling system when working all day at home

Kept my unit cool all day when working from home during the pandemic. Before I got this product in March my laptop was overheating. I was afraid the fan was going to burn out during tax season. ( not good for a CPA to loose productivity.)

Worked ok, Really noisy.

This pad kept it cool for hours of seven days to die. But if you do not have music or headphones you are going to hear it. With out variable speed it is at the max always.

Having the extra USB ports on the back is an extra plus. I don't think I could be without it now since I have used all the ports up. You can tell that it works efficiently by keeping my laptop cooler. Would recommend this buy for those with laptops.

Not the best cooling pad

The lifted front edge prevents your laptop from sliding and the four different angles provide you enough flexibility for different settings and positions. The only problems I identified: one of the rubber pieces on the base came out after few days. Not a big deal since I was able to fix it back with some stronger adhesive. I expected to be more silent.

Loud Fans

Should have a stand alone power supply with a rechargeable battery for remote operation. That said it does keep my lap top cooled.
