It have some noise when it is work, the noise is so terrible.

It seems to cool fine but it is kind of loud as it is running.

I love the ability to adjust the height of my laptop, and having additional ports available. Only issue is that the fan has chosen to make a loud and obnoxious noise every time it is plugged in...

Great at cooling when gaming and I like the multiple levels that you can use to raise it. Very lightweight and quiet. I would definitely buy this cooling system again.

Great for using while laying in bed or sitting on a chair. And the fans are quiet.

Not being used to a laptop, I wanted to slant it up for easier use. Haven't needed the cooling aspect, but tried it and it's not too noisy. The adjustable slant provides me with options depending on where I am using the laptop. Glad I purchased it.

The cooler worked perfectly for my laptop, but after couple of months it started making big noise when I turn on my laptop - like old tractor. After few minutes it goes not too noise, but with sound.

I wanted to replace older Targus chill mat but this model moves on lap desk to much for me. Probably works better on fixed traditional desk. Also drops slope and would prefer a fixed slope. Build quality was good but design didn't work for my needs

It works okay, I have gone through a few cooling pads. I like that the bottom is solid and won't break from being put on lap all the time. But needs better fans they are a bit weak for my laptop which really overheats.

This item is something that has really surpassed my expectations, it’s kept my Alienware nice and cool, something I never thought would happen. Great product quality, and for the price it’s even better!!

I have a large and heavy 17 inch Alienware laptop which is just a little too big for this. The chill mat is a bit too lightweight for my taste - wobbles a bit under the weight of my laptop and my laptop doesn't sit on it the greatest. They advertised that it would accomodate up to 17 inch laptops and it sort of does but not real well. It would be ideal for smaller more normal laptops but it isn't the best fit for the larger gaming machines. The fans are nice and quiet and the extra USB hubs are useful but I wish the chill mat had it's own power cord instead of running off my computer via USB. It would have been nice if it could have had it's USB ports be powered USB ports instead.

Works Great for a short time. After about two months the fans start to vibrate and rattle. I have to tap on it to get it to stop. This is my 3rd one and take it back for a replacement.

The fans are noisy and annoying after a long period. The height adjustments are a little difficult to operate, but once adjusted are good.. The good thing is the angle of the unit makes for easy use of computer.

I ah e had several chill mats and they do not chill. This one works very well. It keeps my laptop cool so it will last a long time. You should buy this one. I would highly recommend this chill may over all other products.

Its just okay but I got it dor $25. Works well for 25 but is not high end by any means.

Works great on all my on line team games without any buffering..

Plug and Play. 17" Laptop fits nicely on it. Extra USB ports also come in handy.

I wasn't planning on buying this but the employee who helped me select my laptop suggested this. Not only does it keep the air circulating underneath but if gives me different levels to raise my laptop for easier & more comfortable typing.

Nice pseudo cooling station. The fan connects to USB port. There is no on or off switch so whenever plugged in the fan will run. Was hoping there was a temperature sensor to turn on or off. Great value for the price.
