It is the first laptop I have owned. So I bought the Targus Chill Mat, hooked it to the laptop, and now there is no more heat being radiated.

Laptop cooling system

It is bit louder than I would like but other than that it works fine.

Great accessory for gaming laptop

Laptop was over heating

If you want to use it on your lap make sure you have a pillow under it for comfort. It says that is compatible for up to 17" computers. Mine is 17.3" and the stand is a little small. Probably best for a 15" computer.
