Cheap. Plastic and too expensive. Would not recommend.

It is an excellent . My wife is enjoying using it.

This is a versatile chill mat. I would have give it 5 stars but the rubber feet have come off. It appears the glue holding them on is not strong enough. Other than that, it has several settings making the position of the laptop most convenient.

I purchased this product for myself, but ended up giving it to my wife because she needs it more than I do. (What are husbands for???) Anyways, she has been using this for a little while now and she has had no issues with it. It's very convenient how it can raise the positioning of laptops to provide that most-comfortable positioning for working in all areas. In addition to the raising platform, the fans sound very sturdy, not flimsy and fragile. They are very quiet, too! I believe this product will last for quite a while, unlike our last laptop cooling system.

I like the theory of the product to keep lsptop coll and extra USB ports but the reality is the fans are not so quiet and they go from quiet to load with no explanation.

I might be a bit on the skeptical side but I wasn't expecting much from this product. But it actually works pretty well although I should say that I have only used it a handful of times.

My son needed something to help his laptop stay cool - he has a gaming laptop and it gets very hot and burned out the graphics card. He is very pleased with this purchase!

My husband uses his computer a lot during his free time and this helps him keep it cool during his gaming sessions. I definitely recommend it

This is 100% molded plastic, which is slightly brittle. The fans are pretty loud, and the USB cable adds quite the power strain on laptops. It is advisable to buy the external power supply for this, as this 1 item can use all of your laptops D.C. Voltage that is suppose to be distributed amongst your USB Ports. I had this plugged into my VR laptop for Oculus gaming, and the graphics card crashed due to power hogging of this fan. Either buy this with the Targus power plug, or for cheaper buy a USB Hub that comes with an external power supply and kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

My son had to get his laptop repaired because of the dust and heat. He purchased this for his laptop so it could breath better and hopefully not burn out on him again.

Sturdy and well made its is regularly used by my wife she has no problems with it and the extra usb ports come in handy

adjustable angle is nice for different sitting positions. Recommend a soft towel or small pillow between the bottom and your lap as the ridges are uncomfortable for extended time. USB ports are not recognize able with my system so I probably could've saved money buying a cooling pad without that feature. Very noisy so turn up your tv or other listening pleasures

If you're looking for something that will make your PC ice cold then this isnt it. Still does the job of cooling the laptop and is real easy to set up

Bought this for my daughter to use under the computer, particularly during COVID-19. It takes a little while (5 seconds) to tilt it. But it stays put once in a position.

This is the perfect table top for a laptop. I was so excited to receive it. It IS PERFECT: EXCEPT.... because the cooling plate is on the very bottom; When I raise my computer THE FAN IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO KEEP MY COMPUTER COOL. This is the main reason we would buy this item. I AM GOING TO RETURN IT, BUT NEED YOU TO CHECK SOMETHING FOR ME. The Laptop makes a strong humming noise that is more than noticable. It is flat out irritatiing. PLEASE TALK TO THE COMPANY. THEY HAVE THE PERFECT DESIGN: MAKE A DESIGN W/A STRONGER FAN... or do what I am currently doing with the Flat Targus Chill Mat. I am putting it between my laptop and the $29.00 portable desktop. Working well so far, and the sound is much better. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS AS IT IS, FOR ME, THE PERFECT PORTABLE LAPTOP COOLING DESK. Used about 4 days... and could not handle the irritating sound.

This worst thing to any computer is heat. So, I suggest purchasing this cooling station to preserve your laptop. Great for your office or home use. I would suggest this item to a friend.

My son uses this when he edits photos and loves it seeing he is on for longer periods of times and he keeps it from getting too hot.

This works to keep my computer cool but hurts my legs when I use the computer well sitting

I would not be able to complete my class work without rubbing my wrists all the time. This tray is the best thing to ever happen to a laptop. It’s a must have.
