The fans do not line up with the intakes on either of my laptops. This actually made my gaming laptop run hotter. The fans would sync up their frequencies and make a loud droning sound. Nothing about this works for me but if you have a need to raise up and tilt your laptop it might work for you.

What a great addition for a brand new laptop. Lots of hours with working from home and this is a gigantic help for peace of mind.

Cools okay but the locks that keep the pad open don’t lock correctly on one side. Not worth the price

I got this after plenty of research and with having a 17" laptop there wasn't much to choose from. When I first brought it home and set up sometimes it was a little loud but when I tapped it it stopped. After couple weeks when I tapped it it just got louder and tapping and even banging no longer worked. I then returned it being I had 45 days to return as a elite plus member. I would not recommend.

This mat does it's job, but the USB ports are only USB 2.0 and you should keep that in mind. I'd get an AC adaptor for it (sold separately) just to keep all your faster ports freed up on your laptop. Fits a 17.3" laptop just fine.

The fans are weak and very loud, stand hand a bump to keep your computer in place and doesn't work at all. My laptop is 17 in and barely fits on this cooler, the fans can only keep it cool during minimal use and while idle. Worst $50 I've spent, unfortunately Bestbuy won't let me return it. Bestbuy also does a very sad job with their stock laptop fans, they're overpriced. If they had a wider selection then I would've bought one of those. Do not buy this product

This chill mat not only cools my laptop, it also adjusts to several heights, making it easier to type. My only issue is that the plastic tabs used to make the height adjustments could be stronger. Overall, it was a worthwhile purchase.

Worked good for about two months; now very noisy for the first 5 minutes then quiets down. Does the job and the fan runs okay but very noisy until it warms up. Would not buy again but try another brand of fan.

Very good chill mat and would recommend to anyone who has or wants to buy one for laptop gaming computer

Laptop was over heating from extended use and while sitting on a flat surface. This provides for space for airflow, cooling fan and additional USB ports

Works precisely as advertised taking some of the strain off my laptop while working long periods of time with CAD files. Great value for the price.

Before purchasing, my computer was shutting itself off due to overheating. It hasn't happened since I bought this laptop cooling system.

My son's college laptop would really heat up underneath. It concerned us that the problem might affect the longevity of the device. The cooling fan really helps. And he's able to use it on a table, on his lap, however necessary.

I absolutely love this chill mat. Literally have used it for a MacBook & Lenovo 2 in 1. Absolutely love this product! Best investment.

The cooling fan works good. Problem is that the bearings are not the best when it comes to prolonged use. They whine if the bearings go bad.

I bought an HP omen laptop. It runs pretty warm. So I went ahead and bought this, and I was so happy with it, it runs Kool and quiet!

I have a heavy gaming laptop; actually use it for graphic art. It just wasn't sturdy enough. Nice for an average user.
