At first, I really liked this mat. It has multiple angled settings so you can angle the keyboard to your liking. However, after a few months, the fans started to make buzzing sound, sometimes quite loud (like the ball bearings wore out). Unplugging it and plugging it back in, sometimes stop the sound, other times not. To this day, it will still do it. If it doesn't make noise, I just leave it plugged in, or just use it as an angle mat for ergo reasons.

Although it's fairly quiet I can still hear it more than I would like. Thinner and lighter than the Targus predecessor I used for years. I like the multiple height adjustments but the mechanics of it takes some getting used to.

it looks ok but the plastic material might break with time. the fans get a bit louder after within an hout of being on but very practical

I had to return the laptop cooling system. It was just a couple inches short for my laptop. The cooling fan was a little to load for my preference.

My brother loves the mat. He says it makes things a lot easier and cooler for him while he does his school work. That's fine with me. It works as intended, which is beautiful.

Great cooling pad for my gaming laptop. Whenever the computer heats up just plug this in and it cools down quickly.

Got it to simply cool my laptop but didn’t realize til after there were extra USB ports on it which definitely blows my old one out of the water

This is great! It's exact what I was looking for and I can use it at home, in bed and at work. The additional USB ports make it really convenient for multiple use.

Three stars because of the USB ports. Otherwise, the fan is a little noisier than some of the other chill fans I've gotten.

I really liked this new version of the Tagus Chill Mat+. I had a previous version and what I liked most about my new purchase is that the incline is adjustable and this helps when using it in various places around the house.

This was purchased to use with a laptop mainly to give the keyboard a tilt for easy typing. This does that well if using it on a table or desk. It does not have a soft base for a more comfortable use in your lap.
