Just it is perfect what I was looking for. That extras USB ports are very helpful, and the two fans are fantastic.

it does the job it is intended for but it also loud. I was a bit small for my laptop but perfect for my smaller new lenove that I just bought.

The extra usb outlets are the only redeeming feature. It's loud, there's no on/off switch and after a few months, the fans are rubbing on the housing, making more noise. I've had cooling pads that were half the price of this that have lasted multiple years, this one didn't even make it to 6 months.

This is a great item if your laptop gets warm quickly. Fans are not loud and can’t hear when making videos or on video meetings.

Do not purchase the Targus - Chill Mat+ Laptop Cooling System with 4-Port USB Hub. Not even as a joke. Want a student or someone to hate you? Purchase this useless piece of garbage for them. Hardly any airflow, I mean NONE. It's VERY VERY LOUD and annoying, a 17" laptop feels very top heavy when tilted...Like it's going to fall off the cooler. Laptop still gets hot when sitting on a table. I took mine and threw it into the closet the next day. If someone sees it, they can have it. I'd be ashamed to even give it away. Complete waste of money. You've been warned.

This fan works really well. The laptop sits a little higher than I'd like, but that was to be expected. It also runs pretty loud. The best part is the extra USB ports.

Great for those old laptops that need a little air time. Nice and quite. And great for a little lift less neck bending.

There wasn't many options for a cooling desk when I went to the store.. Actually this one as the only one for a 17inch laptop. Ultimately it does definitely bring down the temp of the laptop, but I do wish it would disperse a lot more heat. If you have a standard laptop it my exceed your expectations however I have a Origin Eon 17-SLX and it only does about half of what I need. It is very easy to use just plug it in and its good to go.

My laptop frequently gets warm after running for more than 30 minutes. This helps keep the laptop cool when I need to work for a few hours.

way to expensive for what it is the fans and air flow are so poor in quality that it actually made my laptop over heat because it restricted airflow rather then add air flow

This cooling lap table is great, but it does use battery fast if comp is not plugged in. Very useful with multiple USB ports!!

I have found that the Chill Mat is very helpful with keeping my gaming Laptop cool while playing.
