Also, the tabs (?) that allow you to adjust the height that it holds the laptop up don't seem to line up very well.

I have only had it for apprx 2 months and had to stop using it as it was making a very loud buzzing sound. I immediately disconnected it. Then tried again a couple days later. Again, the buzzing started up after an hour of usage. Best Buy will only return/exchange it after 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I need to go back to the drawing board...
