Still pretty good with some minor issues

The fan has only one speed, there is no way to turn it off other than unplugging the unit, and adjusting was a minor pain at first. Lastly, the unit did not have a power cord so you have to either purchase one or use the usb cable that comes with the unit and plug it into the USB port on the computer.

Noisy with undocumented features.

This is probably caused by the twin fans operating a slightly different rpm causing a beat frequency. 2) There is a power input port for the 4-Port USB. However no adapter is supplied and no instructions concerning that power port are included.
