The fans are so loud which is not at all what I was anticipating. The extra USB ports are a nice feature, however.

I was slightly disappointed, the fans work okay. I wish there was an adjustable fan rate, when I am really working the computer hardware, the best the fan can do is get it from hot to warm. Maybe it is best for regular laptops...

Lacks cooling system & USB Inputs

I ended up returning and purchasing a docking station for my surface pro 4.

I remember the product advertised. So, I went to the nearest Best Buy and there was the "Targus - Chill Mat+ Laptop Cooling System With 4-port Usb Hub." I have actively used the chill mat on a regular basis and I have not any problems in continuous use of my laptop. Of course, I highly recommend the chill mat!
