The second has a habit of starting out dragging. The trick is to move the laptop around with the cooler unplugged from the USB port, and try plugging it in until the dragging goes away. Poorly designed, poorly constructed, but it does work once you get it to play somewhat nicely.....

My laptop fit on it, but hung over the rear by about an inch.This meat when I touched the screen, the laptop would tip over. I purchased it when I was at the store thinking I would give it a chance. I ended up returning it.
