I like this product It solved an issue for the computer

I run my laptop continuously and it just keeps it cool.

My first Targus Chill Mat stopped working entirely after making much noise (one fan wasn't working) and so I took it back; they exchanged it no problem. The second one same thing. I have to take this one back too. What a disappointment!

It works very well and has a great adjustable thing to move the computer around and keeps the computer at the right temperature

This is a generous 3. More like a 2.5. Item is loud and bulky. It is designed well, but does function well. Hard to transition between different heights.

This is the best laptop we've ever owned. My son purchased this for college and gaming. Has a excellent warranty, that covers everything. Light in weight which makes it easy to take with you.

I liked it when it was quiet, but it started making a terrible noise in about a week. Cheap fans, not a good buy.

Nice stand for my laptop, easy to adjust, and has fans that can be powered by connecting to the computer. Great for keeping it cool when using a lot of system resources, like recording webinars.

I now have two of these, the fan a little noisy...

It was exactly what we were looking for. It is stable, well made, and it has the ability to change the angle that it sits at and lock it in at that angle instead of only staying there for a brief point of time and then settling back down.

chill pad works great keeps the laptop cool and runninng quiet have had no complents it really works awesome you hardly hear it running keeps it real cool no need to worry about overheating

I'm very happy with this laptop fan. I had purchased another one and had to return it because when I set it on the furniture, the fan wouldn't get airflow. This one is adjustable so you can move it up for the fan to work better.

For the first 2 months, this fan/mat was awesome to have. It kept my laptop cool. After that, it would work intermittently until it finally just quit working altogether.

I am not completely happy with the product, it feels very cheaply made, the big selling point 4 hub thing, is not so great, I bought it because I really needed one and there were no other choices at the time.

DO NOT BUY!!! I am telling you save your money... Go to amazon buy the one with 6 fans that you can control for half the price. That one you can turn on and off and it will last you WAY longer... I know because I made the mistake of buying this one first... The one on Amazon is half the price and is WAY better

Seems to function as advertised, no failures or performance issues noted. The fans and USB functions are all functioning as expected.

I ended up returning it to the store because I wasn't aware AC adaptor wasn't included. I purchased elsewhere with adaptor included. So happy to have come across it, since it's 15-year old predescessor decided to crack me up.
