Not knowing what the issue was I tried to swivel the screen but because of it being stuck the pressure cracked my screen from corner to corner. I contacted Tigrus but they said it was my fault (I have this in writing). They blamed me for their faulty cover. Very unprofessional customer support. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It was not possible to lay the tablet flat either on my lap or the desk. I exchanged for another Targus product which I like much better. Also figured the elastic band would become weak after frequent use to close the folio.

When closed, it is suppose to put the iPad to sleep. It didn't put my iPad into sleep mode! I wanted to like the case so I had to continuously put my iPad into sleep mode manually. I decided for the money spent, I returned this case and bought a different brand.

Once I got home I realized this did not have any type of closing device and once the iPad was put in the cover was very bulky. I purchased another and this was returned to the store.
