Overall it's ok for the price & and gets the job of protection the iPad.

Classy & Functional

Your iPad slips into the plastic tray and that’s all there is to assembling it. The case swivels to horizontal or vertical so you can read while the cover/Stand is open, very convenient. The elastic strap holds the cover tightly in place, in fact it is necessary to use or place it cover side down to keep the magnetic contact with the iPad. That is why I gave it 4 stars insted of 5.
