If you need a cheap way to cool your laptop, here it is.

Great for using the computer while sitting in a chair...

The chill mat was chosen based primarily on price - not the cheapest & not the most expensive. Its well-made and sturdy so I expect to last longer than the previous mat. Only drawback is the noise level while running.

It helps some but the output of the 2 fans are really weak and there is no way to turn them up. If you put your hand on top of the pad right above the fans you can barely feel the airflow. It isnt enough airflow to cool anything unless you are barely using the laptop.

Not really what I expected, will be returning product.

This product is quite and works great with laptop.

My laptop use to get really hot and freeze up. Then I bought this and it keeps it working great and with no problems. Before I couldn't work but an hour without letting it cool down. Now with this fan it runs non stop.

Great buy, a must have item!! During the warm summer months your computer can overheat, not breathe if sitting on a desktop. This chill mat will prevent any damage and give you piece of mind for such a modest cost.

She is on her computer almost every second that she's home and it keeps her computer cool. Before we bought it, she was having trouble with it getting very hot on the bottom, as common sense would dictate.

This is a decent piece of equipment. I'm using it with my Macbook pro 17" which spills over a little bit, but is a decent fit. I'm not sure how much it cools the laptop. I wanted it to keep my lap from getting too hot, but the mat seems to get warm too. Interesting enough, it seems like it's the fabric on the mat that touches my lap absorbs heat, so maybe not the best choice of fabric. My biggest issue is not an issue with the product; it's that it bulks up the profile of the laptop. Many of you may not care about this. It's also that is an extra piece of equipment to lug around... which is not why I bought a thing laptop. There's a handy place to clip the usb cable when not in use. Smart design. I like it. Not perfect, not bad.

Brought this to help keep laptop cool when it is sitting on a table. Heat is a computer's enemy so every little bit helps. Be nice if the fans had the option of a much faster speed

This cooling fan is easy to set up but doesn't really cool. My computer stays hot on the wrist rest area and I have had a lot of technical issues with the computer since I've been using it because it gets too hot.

I got this thing hoping for a more compact solution to my big Logitech behemoth that I currently have..... Big mistake. I could hardly feel any airflow and it didn't make any difference in cooling my laptop down. When I went to return it, I asked the guy at the customer service counter to test it out to make sure I wasn't being overly critical or that I received a defective device..... He said that it was performing correctly and that the airflow wasn't effective for my laptop because I had a new MacBook Pro and they produce heat in a different area than a windows laptop.... Really? Ok.... I'll stick with the behemoth Logitech fan for now. This was an annoying lesson learned that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Occasionally use computer for extended amount of time and glad I purchased chill mat to prevent my laptop from getting overheated. Also very easy to use...just plug into laptop.

I own a laptop which has AMD A10 processor. I was told by my friends that AMD processors tend to overheat. So i ordered this one. It is a Perfect fit for my laptop. And it prevents my laptop from overheating. I would recommend this to all laptop users.

Bought this for a older laptop that gets hot when left on most of the day. I have noticed that after using this mat the laptop doesn't get seem to get as warm as it used it. It is quiet and easy to use.
