Laptop had a problem overheating and shutting down. Haven't had that issue since using the cooling pad.

Products works excellent for my laptop that is continously running. No issues keeping the unit cooled.

The unit is solidly built and reasonably priced. Better than some of the higher priced units as well.

I carry my laptop and chill mat back and forth on trips several times a week and this new design is great because the cord connection is inside the unit and the USB end has a docking spot also inside the unit so it's as protected as possible from wear and tear. Love it. Thanks for the improvement. My last one of these had the cord connection coming out the back of the unit and it broke within a couple of months of use from constant flexing.

The pad started very quite, but after a weeks use it was rather noisy. I cleaned the fan blades, but it was still loud. The target area for the air to flow & cool down the laptop is not optimal. I found that by placing spacers between the laptop & the chill mat it functioned far greater. Overall it is an acceptable Chill Mat for the Price I paid. Also, there does not seem to be any other angled design on the market that works any better.

This this nicest cool and laptop may I've found on the market. We'll see how long the fans last...

Sits on lap or desk. On lap it isn't bothersome. Keeps computer from overheating. Very light weight.

at first i thought this product was going to be excellent but it was not giving enough air to my laptop. My laptop kept shutting off.
