I was really surprised, what a nice unit for the money

I bought the fan on sale and have it plugged in all the time and it works fine the only thing is after like a week started my computer and heard this loud grumble and freaked out cause I thought it was my computer and its the fan. It can get pretty loud and the sound is awful. Unplug it a couple of times and it settles down.

i bought this as my laptop heats up, i live in the bay area, which is hot at times, i do have an electric fan pointed in the same direction as my laptop, but dont know if it really works, i do hear whirring sounds that tells me the fans are working but im not sure if its strong enough to keep the laptop cool...

Did very little to cool my computer, but it's pretty comfy, so there's that.

The chill mat is great and helps keep laptop cool.

The fan is not very powerful, but enough to evacuate the heat of my old comp.

While the fan was nice and compact and came at a low price, I'm not sure that I would get it again given that it doesn't feel like my labtop is any cooler and also it isn't the most comfortable cooling fan to put on your lap. I would opt out for something a little more expensive next time that does the job better.

This is a great pad for continually cooling devices. I have one under my router and another under a Bitcoin miner. So far, I have noticed improved performance with each. The pad is meant to be a cooler for a laptop though I didn't try it with one.

This device sits nicely on my lap and the laptop computer does not slide around.

for me everything is ok and real nice but the only thing that cause that problem is you can not close your laptop lid with sleep mode It won't work the fan still running only thing you can do is set up the lid laptop close to hibernate mode not in sleep mode.so when you close the laptop lid it will be shut down too.

I initially liked the item but eventually the fan, to me, made too much noise.

Disappointing product for middle of the road twin fan product. Not enough "cfm" produced by fans to cool down laptop. I have had better products before, but no longer available. In meantime looking for a replacement. Something is better than nothing, but my laptop is still at risk of overheating.

This cooling mat was recommended by store staff for its dual cooling action and that it would conserve energy as it would only run when needed. It hasn't shut off once. Runs continuously once plugged in. Maybe it will be different in the summer when the furnace isn't running & the air conditioner is on.

This mat will keep your lap cool while you are working on your laptop.

I bought this as a gift so I am not sure how it performed for them, sorry

Bought this for my college-aged daughter. She is pleased with the results.

This pad cooler I would recommend to use confidently anywhere and anytime.

So far this product is good. But it becomes noisy when its running..

I really like it, my laptop would always slide off of my other one when I moved it out of the way, the rubber pads hug the bottom of my laptop really good, I also don't feel the heat being blown out of the sides, it goes out the back.
