I will not be fooled into buying this product again. I highly not recommend this product to anyone.

Decent fan cooler but not enough power to prevent the laptop from switching off at times.

Very easy set up. However, this product did not work, at ALL! I was very disappointed. I used it for 15 days and it would never work. Yes, the dual fans came on but unfortunately, my laptop got very hot to the point that when I took it off the chill mat and put it on my lap, it burned my leg. Thankfully it didn't leave a mark.

It works and it will do for now. i should of purchased a more powerful one.

Not very strong. It does cool it down a little bit it is very weak

I bought this because it had TWO fans and the price was good. Had it less than a week and had to buy a NEW powers supply as it heated the wires and they became brittle and broke. Surprised I didn't burn up the motherboard as this product did just the opposite of what it was suppose to do.

I connected it to my laptop and it short-circuited it, at first i thought my laptop is going crazy but eventually it became apparent that it was the problem, i returned it .

It is a waste of money to purchase something like this item.

Kept laptop warm not cool. There was no air being moved.

I was very skeptical of purchasing this item, and I was not surprised that it did not work very well. The air flow is very poor, and there is not enough height, on the fan area, to keep the computer away from the fan

Good for the price but noisy when apply start up power.

The fans blow very little air so not much cooling going on. The rubber tabs on top that hold the laptop in place don't keep the the laptop steady and several times my laptop almost fell on the floor while it was on my lap.. Very poor quality and won't recommend this mat.

I ordered this from a sale and you definitely get what you pay for. It was a good size yet barely put out any energy of air. When placing my hand over it I could barely feel anything. I was really disappointed with the unit and took it back to the store.

This unit did not do very much to cool my laptop. I did not feel much in the way of air blowing from the fans and it had really no ability to cool the laptop

Returned two. Didn't cool my laptop at all. Kid in laptop-department told me I had better backup because it sounded like my laptop was a goner and that was it. Like money grows on trees.
