After making quite an investment in a laptop, it is a small price to pay to get a case to protect it. Unfortunately there is nothing on the market even six months later. This is a universal sleeve for 15 inch laptops and will have to do until I can find something designed specifically for the MacBook. It was relatively inexpensive and serves its purpose for now.

It turns out that my laptop did come with a leather sleeve. I do prefer the sleeves since they are as thin as you can get. But this case was the next thinnest, so that's why I chose it.
