Q: Will this protect my laptop from fall and water damage?

Q: What accessories go with this Targums strata laptop sleeve? Would like to get the strap.
A: It comes with a shoulder strap. It is optional if you want to use it.
Q: Does it come with shoulder strap as pictured? Didn't read that in the description.
A: Mine came with the strap. Just read a question from a customer who didn't get the strap with it though. Maybe it's the difference between buying it online vs. in store? But that still wouldn't make sense. It should come with the strap.
Q: Where can I purchase the strap? I didn’t realize it didn’t come with it.
A: Mine came with a strap. You might want to bring this up and have them ship you a new one. ??? Kinda useless without a strap.
A: Yes. The bag doesn't have the strap on when you get it. You have to take it out of the bag and put it on to have the strap.
Q: Is this case waterproof? Is there space to add a large planner book?
A: It resists water, not water proof.
A: Zipper needs to be made more durable. Most zippers on any item are poorly made with plastic instead of metal and tab to pull is very poorly made and easy to break or split making zipper not working,
Q: Will this case hold a 17" Dell laptop along with power cords, mouse and keypad?
A: It’s more suitable for a 14”.
