Missing Shoulder belt

Poor quality. Do not purchase

When I called the store to inquire about returning it, I was told that the return policy is only for 14 days. This product deserves no stars and so does Best Buy due to their return policy.

The case will indeed hold the computer but it is a very snug fit. If you carry a mouse and power supply, they must be placed in the pouch first because after the computer is inserted, the pouch and zipper is too tight to get them in. When inserted first, it is difficult to get either zipper to close but it can be done. Case has very little padding and very little protection. Previous experience with Targus has been from good to excellent.
