It's comfortable to carry when my computer is in it, and my neck and back are happy. I ordered a bag that was cheaper than this, but got this one instead because my store didn't have the bag I ordered. They clearly went above and beyond, and for that I am very thankful.

Excellent Case

Plenty of room to include the power cord in the side pocket. My concern was that it might make it difficult to get the laptop in and out, but not an issue at all.
