Not the part that opens and closes the zipper but the cord they use for style so it still functional but annoying.

I like gray and black color, it's perfect for not super girly college student like me. I just wish the bag was about a centimeter wider because I usually leave unifying receiver plug in and have a little bit of trouble when I try to zip it up.
