The zipper is amazingly smooth unlike those for some cases, and it is very lightweight. I certainly wouldn't recommend this case if you are someone who drops their laptop a lot as it does not have a hard shell, but it is definitely a great protective factor for the laptop.

It’s better than nothing and certainly not as sexy as the Thule ones. It’s only padded. No armor.
