Not only does it have both a handle and shoulder strap but it also includes a handy pocket for my mouse, mouse pad and charger. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent 15 inch Sleeve

The display is a 15.4 inch screen so it fits perfectly in this sleeve. The sleeve shipped with a foam filler inside of it. I left it inside to provide some extra protection for my display. There is a side zipper pocket but its not made for storing anything large. It's fine for keeping cables that you might use for a display or tablet.
