Didn't work - Bad experience- BestBuy-NO to return

The Best Buy rep in Fair Lakes recommended this device to me. I did not open the merchandise until 5 weeks after purchase, didn't think I would have issue with it. I'm a Best Buy customer for more than 10 years with tens of thousands $ in purchases. However Best Buy customer service manager at Fair Lakes refused to accept the merchandise return ($149) because the policy indicated 15 days, and I brought in after 1 month, NOT even for store credit. Very disappointing !

Does not work well with Mac
