I purchased this specific case for my new 4th Gen iPad Air because of the the excellent experience I had with a Targus VersaVu for my iPad Pro 10.5-inch which I would rate 5-stars. This model is still good in many ways my previous case was, for example the range of tilt for the display stand. Another desirable feature is the sound "tunnels" for the speakers that redirect the sound out of the case--excellent design. Well this one lost a star for a couple reasons. First the magnetic latch on the cover should be a bit stronger as it was in the original case. Second the opening for the "touch-ID" button (the on/off button) should be a bit better--its a little awkward to get your finger down into the small opening so that the fingerprint read can register your touch. Still a very good case.

After well over a year, this has held up flawlessly. Minimalist, just what I needed.

Case feels good and fits, but I think I got a wrong version as I can’t use the plug for corded headphones, without taking the iPad out of the case. I picked it out myself as I couldn’t find any sales person to help me.

Does exactly as advertised. I can view my iPad while it's in my lap. Other brands are too flimsy and cannot support themselves in the same manner.

I have been using this case for my iPad Air as a college student and it works extremely well. If you are looking for a low key and compact case with lots of different angles of use, this one is great. The apple pencil flap comes in handy and lots of people over look the importance of it. Overall, it has more features than you pay for.

I like it. Generally quite versatile. On screen typing when it's on your lap is definitely awkward though (almost makes me wish I had a keyboard)
