Q: This case says it comes with an elastic strap, I don’t have one on mine, does anyone have one and can you show a pic of it?

A: The "hand strap" shown in the picture by one of the other responders came on my recently purchased VersaVu and was one of the main reasons I purchased this case. It allows you to more-comfortably hold the iPad (as an alternative to placing it in it's "stand" on a tabletop or your lap). Just fold the front cover back and slip your hand into the strap - it's wide and sized/shaped to fit your hand. So it's a comfortable and secure way to hold the iPad which can be a better way to view your iPad if you don't have a flat, stable position for using the stand. Great feature!

Q: I just received this case for my new iPad Air 4. It fits great but I cannot use the Touch ID. I think the cutout is too thick for it to identify my fingerprint. Is there a way to get this to work with this case?

A: Since I posted this question, I discovered that if you go into settings and redo your fingerprint with the case on, it works! It took a few tries, but now I can use the Touch ID with the new case!

    Good, Solid Case

    Very nice protective cover for the latest iPad Pro 11 inch. It is a solid case and would seem to absorb bumps and falls as well as any other case I saw in the store. It also has a convenient stand and a hand strap for securely using the unit. I've had iPads for years and used various cases. I think this is my favorite. It is solid, but not bulky, like the Otter Boxes. I travel frequently and my iPads take a beating. This case is a bit pricy, but I feel confident that it will protect my iPad.

    Targus Case

    The Targus is great. It is soft yet firm enough and easy to hold. I like the opening as it makes it easier for me to hold. The tab's magnet to hold it in place when open is very handy. I like the circle opening for the Apple logo because it is an additional place to hold on to the case when reading. If I could change one thing, it would be to maybe make it lighter. It gets a bit heavy for this older person to hold up at times. (Or I should spend less time on the device!)

    Protecting your purchase

    This cover is great! I love the elastic strap which keeps it closed. I love the quality of the materials (it doesn’t feel cheaply made). It rotates 360 degrees (both directions) with ease. It does, however cover the speakers, which I was a bit worried at first that it might muffle the sound, but the sound is just fine. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy it again. Yes, it is a little bulky but it protects your iPad.
