big enough for large 17 inch laptop

I bought this bag in Sept... Not even 2 months ago

I loved it on the first day. Then while at the airport on day 3, that's when the problems started. I would have returned it but due to my travel being out of the US, I was unable. First issue was the buckle/clip from the top flap on the left hand side came off due to the loose string used to secure the clip. Then in the outer most pocket, their is a lining that has came loose. I have never mad a product review in all my years as a best buy customer, but had to over this backpack.

Uncomfortable and Not Very Roomy

With even a light load it was very uncomfortable. I was also surprised at how little capacity there was once you put in some IT items. Several reviewers on YouTube have the same assessment. This backpack is more "vertical" than most to accommodate large laptops easily. But that orientation cuts into storage. I also think the hot/cold storage compartment is pretty small--it might hold some snacks but not much else.

Already coming apart.

The sticking is coming out and its just not holding up very well. I see that it is well reviewed so maybe I got a dud but this thing is just not going to last.

Fit's large 17.3 inch laptops

I decided to be the test mule and bought this Targus Voyager II and the Helios fits! Now there's some solid info about this on the internet. The rest of the bag is spacious enough to fit everything from my old backpack, so good to go now.
