    I have two TCL TV's and am happy with the quality, support and love the VALUE, so decided to give this a try. I am sooo glad I did. I normally get Galaxy phones, but with the prices going up and it's the holidays, figured it would be a good time to save some cash. Pro's: Camera!! I have a Nikon DSLR camera and this phone competes with it big time in portrait mode! That alone makes it worth it. LCD Display is beautiful! Curved edges are cool. Price!! My wife just paid 1k for her new Iphone and is regretting her purchase. Camera is better on this! Con's: Was hard to find a case for it initially, but did find one on another site and saw that more are there now. Wireless charging - I never used this feature on my Galaxy 9, but if you're in love with that, it may bother you.

    Upgraded from Essential Phone. Noticable upgrade. Only issue I had was receiving text messages. Found online that others had similar issue and had to call Verizon tech support to enable CDMA-less flag on the phone line. After that, it works perfectly. Great phone for the money. (better than pixel 4XL in my opinion)

    The charging port is melted within one years. Best Buy refused to help me. -and directed me to manufacture for warranty . I searched TCL participating store. None of them seem right, I emailed TCL customer service several times. None of my email get response. So don’t buy it, no after sales service at all even with warranty.

    I really like it. Screen looks amazing. Camera is great. No problem with any slowdown or crashing. Cpu and ram seem to be more than adequate. I great mid range priced phone with some flagship flair.

    Great phone for the price but can be buggy at time for no reason. It has a tendency to free if you try do thing with setting during a call. Also after a year the device started to get a little buggy.

    Great phone. Good value for an excellent smart phone. No lag and will keep up with my other Google Pixel 4a. Great battery and huge screen. Did not feel like a step down in quality in any way. Go for it. Speaker is loud and crisp. Battery excellent. Zero lag. Responsive. Fairly quick charge. TCL Pro 10 lives up to the hype.
