Phone works wonders. I have taken some lovely sharp edge pictures with this phone. Loved it and with such medium price you can't beat it.

Everything about the phone is good. However in my experience im a little disappointed in the camera. On Auto mode, it makes everything very saturated. It also doesn't seem to have any sharpening so when zooming in on a photo taken, it looks very slightly blurry/smoothed out.

Real nice phone except that that I can not FIND phone cases. IT COMES WITH A CLEAR CASE.

I am very happy with cell phone. Does exactly the same as the most expensive ones so for the price it is a good phone.

This Android smartphone had a very premium build and really fast performance. If you are a Verizon customer like me you have to call them to do the device activation just swapping the sim will not work. The camera is fantastic. Highly recommend!

It's an andoid phone with AMOLED display. The phone is kind of decent; battery lasts through the day. No complains so far.

I bought this phone because is on sale and I loving it easy to use and very nice color

So far so good. Purchased as a gift for my husband. He has no complaints yet.

Works well only problem is it doesn't charge supper fast like modern phones. But everything else workes

The phone itself was pretty decent considering the price... Well built, had WiFi calling and VoLTE, great display, etc. But the extreme level of saturation the camera pics had was too much for me. They were Samsung amplified x10. Needs to be dialed way back...returned because of this reason.

First brand new TCL had an issue with the microphone so others could not hear me talk sometimes. Brought it back and had to have an exchanged one sent to my house a week later. No phone. New one came and turned it on to find two vertical lines down the side of the screen constantly on. Returned for a Samsung A51 5G and so far love it!

The phone itself looks good. But i am having horrible experience with activating the phone with verizon. I am no able to get any incoming messages. The product website says "This device is also certified for use on Verizon’s LTE network. If your device is not receiving messages or experiences an error when making phone calls on Verizon, your account may need to be provisioned to support “CDMA-less” devices. To do this, please contact Verizon’s technical support team or your account’s business representative for assistance. This device is not compatible with CDMA networks." ...............I tried all this options with Verizon for more than 4 hours..they are not able to figure out.....product looks good but horrible experience with verizon activation

I like the esay to manage all apps, and the fast spped

The worst phone I've ever had. Google maps quit working and TCL won't fix it. Vradio and TuneIn apps alarm function only work half the time.

I was wondering how cheap this cell phone was. Got to keep it on charge all the time

This phone has been flawless since I bought it a month ago and when I use the fingerprint scanner people next to me ask what phone it is because it looks so cool. The fingerprint placement in the screen also provides for easy access unlike the others with it located on the back, a headphone jack unlike most phones today, and room for a micro SD card to expand memory. It does everything the $1,200 phones I was using before did and has screen video that's extremely clear. Delivery could have been faster after I ordered it but other than that I highly recommend it.

I have been waiting for a few weeks for this phone to be available for online purchase... So happy with this phone But I am having difficulty finding a screen protector for the phone and a case as well . Strange that Best buy would sell this phone and not have any accessories available. Still I love this phone
