After a couple of years, we realized it never actually performed a software update and almost every app has stopped working on it. We can't use it for AirPlay, can't run most streaming apps, etc... We've tried manual software updates (they fail), USB drive updates (fails), switching to other networks to do updates (failed), etc... it simply never works. We contacted the manufacturer's support and they had us try everything I'd already tried for 3 hours before I had to get back to other tasks. At this point I'd recommend just about any TV over this one.

The reason i want this tv was because it was the only one that would fit on top of the book shelf i own. They’re definitely bigger tvs that are the same price of this but i guess i just had to go with this one because its the only size that fits. Picture is decent and so are the features. It you can fit a tv a couple of inches bigger, i would go for that one instead.

Nice Picture/Bad Remote and UI

Also, I have to remove apps and then add them again, like rebooting a PC, all the time. Anytime I hit, for example, volume up it takes second to register even if I am a couple feet away. I'll hit mute then think it didn't get it then hit it again and I was just too fast. It's like, hold on a second, I'm old! And I bought this a few weeks ago.
