    DO NOT BUY THIS TV. I bought this TV brand new in November of 2022 (5 months ago). Today (04/22/23) the TV randomly stopped working, even tho i was watching it this morning. My TV started to glitch, so i unplugged the TV to see if that would make a difference… made things worse. I also tried a different cord to see if that was the problem, it wasn’t. Think i was sold a bad TV.

    freezes frequently. i'm talking sometimes 8 or 9 times in a day. it's not my internet connection. it's slow to startup when i turn it on. starting to regret purchase.

    Everythjng about the tv was great! Thought a 40 inch TV was going to be bigger though. The stand we put it on was pretty huge so i think that messed with it. Would probably recommend a 43 inch next time! Other than that it works great!

    Worst Brand Ever

    This was the 2nd TCL I have purchased. Both suffered fatal problems within 2 months of purchase. The first one purchased 3 years ago lost its audio and the tech people were never able to revive it. The second one was purchased just two months ago. The Geek Squad just left. They were not able to revive the set. Just two months after purchase, the set would no longer turn on or produce a picture. The Geek squad was able to get it to turn on finally but couldn't get any kind of menu or picture to materialize. They recommended that I return it to the store to get my money back to apply towards another TV. The next one will NOT be a TCL. When you purchase a brand a brand of TV twice in 3 years and neither lasts more than a couple of months, it's time to say goodbye to that brand forever.
