    I had the t.v for a day and when I went to turn it on the t.v flicker and we had to return it.

    I had a Vizio and my boyfriend accidentally broke it while he was removing it from the wall mount. He ended up replacing my tv with this one. I was nervous never heard of TCL and it ended up being wayyyy better than my last tv. Thank you bebe!

    Constant issues needing to unplug the device then sometimes the issue would be fixed. Currently, the TV is stuck in headphone mode and won't play audio. Spend a little more money for a better TV.

    Overall a good tv. Only problem is that when I turn it off the screen stays on dimly and flickers. I’ve tried a couple things to fix it with no luck. I lost the receipt so no returning it. I have to unplug it to make the screen go completely dark. And plug it back in when I want to use it again.

    Since we bought TV had an issue when turn it on lines appear half on the screen as if it's broken and after turn on and off again few time the screen goes back to normal. My daughter is not happy, she keeps complaining

    TV failed after 13 months, one month after warranty expired. TCL did nothing to help me. It's the second TCL TV I've purchased and both lasted less than 2 years

In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     For the money the TV is not up to par with some of the others that are out there not to mention it was marked down drastically and we after I purchased which I purchased during the cyber sales so I'm kind of confused how that works

    A warning to those using the optical audio output.

    I bought this television with the intention of using the optical audio output instead of the TV's built-in speakers. The optical audio output works except for the fact that there is no option to mute the speakers on the television without having to manually turn the volume all the way to zero, which results in an annoying speaker icon being displayed on the bottom right hand corner all the time. This is a huge over-sight to an otherwise good TV for the price, but is unacceptable to those of us who wish to use a sound bar.

    TV Broke After 5 Months

    Bought the TV in July for my son, and now it no longer shows a picture. Pressing the power button on the remote shows that the TV is turning on by the illuminated white light turning off, but it's a black screen. Tried unplugging it from the wall to drain, and when turning it back on, it quickly flashes the red TCL logo, and then goes back to a black screen. Pressing buttons on the remote does nothing. No menus. No sound. Nothing but black. This wasn't the most expensive TV, but I would expect it to last LONGER THAN 5 MONTHS. Stay away.

    Locked up in menu’s day one. Very slow response and honestly annoying to use. Picture was ok but you can buy a better brand for 20$ more. Returned and bought a Samsun for 80$ more

    TCL= Terribly Complete Letdown

    No bluetooth, no chromecast, no internet even with ethernet connected...not even hardwiring to hdmi would work... had this tv less than 24 hrs and riddled with disappointment...tried calling tcl tech support several times only to be met with instant busy signal...not even able to face their own consumers...zero stars for this purchase. Someone forgot to connect something internally... probably factory rejects they had laying around trying to fill the supply chain gap post covid...what a horrible let down...

    Geek Squad sucks

    My product has had issues since day one, it still does. I purchased the geek squad protection plan, after multiple phone calls starting at the store, ending possibly in pakistan, I got no where. Somewhere along the line after debating "in home service" was the reason I bought said protection plan, I received multiple emails and a phone call about my service appointment with a Florida address, I live in Missouri! Your service policy is the worst ever.
