Please don't buy this TV expecting to experience the full glory of UHD at a bargain price. This TV doesn't have the brightness and dynamic range for a real UHD experience. I bought this TV knowing it in advance. I use mine as a TV and game console monitor. Out of curiosity, I did set it up beside my LG OLED and Samsung UHD TVs and this TCL simply is out of it's league. Surely, it has a nice subset of features for its price. But if this is how you experience UHD, you're missing alot. If UHD is your goal, step up to 6 series, or a mid to high range Sony, or Samsung. A LG OLED would be another great choice. Simply put, this TV doesn't have the ability to display good quality UHD, just good specs for the price. You're not going to get a class competitive display for peanuts.

I am now enjoying my TV after a rocky start. Neither Best Buy nor T C L seemed to know anything about this TV. I had trouble with the remote not working unless you were standing directly in front of the TV. TCL told me you needed to be no more than 6 feet from the TV. I’m not sure how many people would sit that close. I went back to Best Buy and they said I needed to buy a better remote for $75. I also was having trouble with my cable box and Spectrum came out to fix that. He got everything working The remote sensor was being blocked by the sound bar. This was set up by the Geek Squad.

Good quality for the money. Not sure how much mileage we will get out of the built in roku. At some point the OS upgrades will demand more then the built in hardware will support.

Solid value. Good options. Decent picture. I've always like TCL Roku TV's. We have them in every room in the house, that being said, it's time to update the tired interface and the remote is horrible.

Pro: Overall this is a great product, picture and sound are just awesome. Size is just perfect for a bedroom setup. Get Geek Squad 2 year plan right away. Only Con: At some point you will experience the Black Screen Issue. It is a on going technical issues with all TCL TV’s.

My expectations have been exceeded. This is an awesome 4k tv to pair with a PS4, and I’m also using it as a monitor for a hackintosh. It even handles PC gaming pretty well, even with the low refresh rate.

Very good color and images for the price. Convenient smart features. Cost cutting shows in somewhat flimsy connector sockets and the lack of a swiveling base. No problems at startup. Time will tell about durability.

I did a fair amount of research on this tv before choosing it and found it to boast a moderate feature set along with one of the most accurately colored screens. For the price, I think it is fair to say this tv has the best valued performance of any tv on the market.

I read several TV reviews and decided to go with this TCL. The clarity and colors of the tv is amazing. I enjoy the ease of the Roku small controller to get Netflix, Hulu, etc. However, I am only giving 3 stars because within 3 weeks of owning the tv, there were horizontal 1/4 “ black lines approximately 3” apart all across the tv. I turned the tv off to get my full picture back, it didn’t work. I unplugged the tv, that didn’t work. The next morning, I was planning to take tv back but when I turned tv on the full picture restored. I have a 5 yr warranty on tv, hopefully, the problem will not happen again.

Very good picture but I'm disappointed that I can't use my xfinity remote for everything. I have to use the TCL remote to turn the TV on, off & adjust the volume & then use the xfinity remote to change channels.

Great value for the price. Simple to setup and use, everything is integrated to the Home Screen. Seems tighter than my older tcl. I’d recommend it

I love my new smart television. It's user friendly and I found it very easy to learn how to navigate the Roku system. This television has a great picture and sound and I've had no problems with it. Thank you for all the help in the store on my new purchase.

Perfect size TV upgrade for bedroom wall , with all the streaming services easily accessible, Series 5 delivers a great picture as well as sound , Priced so well , bought the Series 5 instead of the lower priced Series 4

Bought this tv for my mother in law suite that I had renovated and it’s perfect. We hung it on the wall to allow more floor space. Looks awesome! Easy to program plus it has Roku built in so all the paid programming can be easily added. Pricing was cheap for the size.

Good TV for the price. Recently cut the cord and use the TV in my bedroon. The roku system makes it easy to navigate streaming. Set up of the TV was straightforward. Picture is good, sound is good.

I was really surprised by how good the picture was on this TCL TV. I have a 65" QLED Samsung, and the picture on this TCL is far superior. Having Roku built in was an added bonus. The only thing that wasn't impressive is the speakers, but a cheap soundbar fixes that.

I like the TV, I think TCLs are the biggest bang for the buck as far as flat screen TVs are concerned. The picture quality is amazing, Unfortunately I didn't have the option of android Tv for the size of my TV, but it is still a great purchase

I bought this for a bedroom. it’s definitely a decent television. I like the Roku built-in feature. If you’re looking for a great middle of the road tv that is not expensive this would be a great choice.

This is my second TCL Roku TV and I loved. Great picture and sound. The best is the price I no have to expenses a lot of money to get a tv with 4K, HDR, Smart, etc with great resolution and clear picture.

Purchased this TV for the bedroom after seeing a similar one from a relative. The picture is great, the options are many and so far it has performed well. Set up was very easy as you are walked through every step. Hopefully it will last as most things today just do not.
