Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the picture quality, easy setup, price, Roku integration, and gaming experience of the 43" Class 5 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV. They appreciate the amazing picture quality, simple setup, affordability, convenience of Roku's built-in streaming platform, and its suitability for gaming. However, customers are negative about the remote control's cheap feel, concerns about durability, reports of screen issues and short lifespans, and the color quality.

The salesman surely knew his business. The 43" slimline TV fit perfectly on my desk. This is my first TV in 20 years. So I didn't know what to expect. Now everyone asks where did I buy the TV.

Streamlined, great clear picture! Sound pretty good for a thin tv snf in the space I use it. My son bought a larger one, but recommended this to me when I started looking around.

This is my first "big screen" TV. I found it very easy to attach the legs (I am older, this could have been an issue), and to get it hooked up to my Prism system. I am thoroughly enjoying my new TV!

Great TV. Bought it predominantly for my sons PS5 and it looks great. Processing speed is impressive. Added bonus is having the Roku built in, so that he can stream the Xfinity App

Put this in our kitchen / nook area. It is a little bigger then planed but it really works when you are on the other side of the kitchen. Good picture and sound.

This is my second TCL Tv. I love it! We used a larger TCL tv in our living room and loved it so much we had to get a second for the bedroo.

Works like I'd hoped for an inexpensive television. Simple setup , clear crisp images functioning remote. The box says voice activated remote, however an extremely inexpensive one was in the box.

It has been 4 months owning this inexpensive TCL TV. So, far it has worked without a hitch. Picture is very clear, and vibrant. Remote works very good, and soft keyboard is snappy.

Overall I'm very pleased with this TV. Clear picture and the sound is better than previously owned TVs. BUT (and its a BIG but) ... the lip sync on Amazon's Prime Video channel drifts. After 30-40 minutes the video lags the audio by about 1/4 second. TCL and Amazon tech support have supplied canned procedures that are essentially "unplug/replug" and "de-register/re-register". So far the problem persists and now TCL and Amazon are unresponsive.

Owned it for almost 4 months. Perfect size for my 200-sq-ft bedroom. Can't go wrong with the 5 series. The screen, feature and controls are better than the 4 series. Highly recommended.

For the value, It's best it's going to get. you get dolby vision support. Works well with Disney plus. Yes it's not as bright as many of other TV, but you get what you paid for.

Okay TV but has some annoying issues

Alexa won’t connect. Sensor light cannot be disabled and constantly flashes. You can dim it but in a dark room it is very annoying when you are trying to watch the tv. Spectrum app won’t load. I am 7 days past the “return date” and I wish I would have gone back and exchanged it for something else, BUT I had already purchased the TCL series 4, brought it home and set it up only to return it a few days later because of similar issues I am having with the Series 5. I didn’t get a chance to pack this one back up and go return it. My own fault, I know. It is extremely annoying that it says it is Alexa compatible but will not connect. Could be the tv, could be Alexa. I’ll never know.

We have a small living room and didn’t want the tv to be the main focal point in the room. This has a nice clear screen, was easy and fast to set up. It was also a great buy at the price.
