    Bought to use with PlayStation Wouldn’t detect signal and when it did only let it run in 480p would flicker like crazy did everything tcl said to do did everything PlayStation company said to do nothing work for fed up and gave the tv away great for cable tv though has a very good picture

    After researching and reading all of the great reviews, I purchased this TV about 3 weeks ago. It was very easy to set up and the picture is really good. In the middle of a show, the picture went out for about a minute, but came back on. the picture was wavy for a couple of minutes and then the TV powered off. I called TCL and after completing the troubleshooting, it was decided to start a warranty claim. After 3 follow up calls, a shipping box is now on the way. With the shipping time and the 7 to 10 day repair time, the experience has not been great. The quality of the product is a concern. I recommend purchasing the protection plan.
