The UI is fine and it came in handy in an emergency. What kind of tv is good for an emergency - the one you happen to have because it cost $300

Great Service

Needed repair in March, they could not fix it. The man that came to repair the TV was excellent.Very informative and helpful. We took our TV to Best Buy store and received a new one at new cost. Thank you for your great contract and your helpful customer service, and repairman

Didn’t make it 3 full years.

Great TV at a reasonable price

Only complaint I have is that for some reason, on the Home Screen for Roku, I have these strange black bars and visual bugs that happen often. Overall, doesn’t impact my experience and the tv is great. Solid choice for 4K on a budget.

Great black levels and gray uniformity. The only complaint I can give is the sound quality; even for tiny TV speakers, the sound is pretty bad. Small soundbar highly recommended. Small price to pay for a solid TV in my opinion.
