Now the TV’s picture is black but sound can still be heard. I’ve tried every tip to fix the problem other than opening it up but I had no luck. Found out this seems to be a common issue with this brand of TVs after looking up solutions for the problem. Gave it 2 stars because I did enjoy this TV while it lasted. The price point is great for what you get but it’s clear that the cheap hardware in these TVs is prone to failure. So buy at your own risk. Sometimes you do get what you pay for.

Great TV for the price

Great black levels and gray uniformity. The only complaint I can give is the sound quality; even for tiny TV speakers, the sound is pretty bad. Small soundbar highly recommended. Small price to pay for a solid TV in my opinion.

Not for Simple Seniors

When you turn on tv you have to choose the input every time which is very confusing for my husband. Also remote does not have numbers on it so you cannot select channel by number. Programmed Comcast remote to work with tv but can't change input settings so have to use TCL remote, what a hassel. Too complicated for my senior husband, just want to be able to turn on tv and watch channel that it was left on and use only one remote control. This is called a smart tv but pretty stupid how its not user friendly for the simple minded.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. You can actually program the TV to power on to a specific input or the last used input. To do this, you would go to Home>Settings>System>Power>Power on>Select the option you would like your TV to power on to. Hope this helps!
